1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and S9 Game ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the S9 Game mobile application as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

By downloading, installing, or using the application, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the application and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

By using S9 Game, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and Conditions
• You are not legally prohibited from gambling or using gaming applications
• All registration information you submit is truthful and accurate
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the application.

3. Account Registration

You are required to register with the application to access certain features. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Users are permitted to create only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in the suspension or permanent ban of all associated accounts.

4. Deposits and Payments

By making deposits on S9 Game, you agree that:

• All deposits are made voluntarily and at your own risk
• Minimum deposit is 300 PKR and maximum is 100,000 PKR per transaction
• You will use payment methods registered in your own name
• You will not use fraudulent or stolen payment methods
• Deposits are non-refundable once successfully credited to your account
• We may refuse or reverse any deposit that violates these terms
• Payment providers may charge transaction fees

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal terms include:

• You may request up to 2 withdrawals per day
• Withdrawals must be made to payment accounts registered in your own name

• Processing times vary by payment method (instant to 24 hours)
• We may withhold withdrawals if fraud or violations are suspected

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our application without prior written consent.

11. User Generated Content

The application may allow you to post, submit, publish, or otherwise make available content such as profile information, chat messages, and other communications ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating the application.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time
• Withhold funds if fraud or violations are detected
• Close inactive accounts after extended periods
• Remove accounts that provide false information

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon termination, you may withdraw any remaining legitimate balance.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL S9 GAME, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

You acknowledge that gaming involves risk and that losses are possible. We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred through gaming.

14. Disclaimers

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE APPLICATION.

We do not guarantee that the application will be secure, error-free, or uninterrupted. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any content on the application.

15. Technical Issues

In the event of technical malfunctions, errors, or communication failures:

• We will make reasonable efforts to restore service
• Games in progress may be voided or completed at our discretion
• We are not liable for losses due to technical issues
• You should report any issues immediately to customer support

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Pakistan. S9 Game and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms:

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and S9 Game regarding your use of the application and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
